Shipping-Most packages do arrive around the estimated delivery date (give or take a day or two), it is just an estimation & the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates on First Class Mail. The standard time is within 3-5 business days. I do ship early every morning except for weekends to do my part to get your package to you ASAP.
I package all makeup in bubble mailers. If necessary I add extra bubble wrap.
Returns: Everything I post is authentic & exactly as described & photos are of exact items. The only time I accept returns is if there is a problem with the product (shipping damage). In that case you can open a return & I can exchange the item out for a new one. Because I don't accept returns, it's best to buy items you have already used & know you like them. They cannot be returned because you don't like it or it wasn't the right color for you. I would hate for anyone to be stuck with something they don't like. Please let me know if there is any problems with your order. I want all my customers to receive their orders intact.
