If the Pump does not dispense please read below.
It's needs to be primed and all the air needs to be removed.
Do the following: with the cap on tap it against your hand 4 or 5 times and try pumping until the product dispenses.
Once all the air is removed it will dispense.  There is no tube or straw as its an airless pump which is designed to pump all of the product not leaving anything behind.  You can find more information on youtube explaining the airless pumps if need be.
